They gave a pretty good reason for that, case inversion occurs naturally if you have capslock on. It doesn't make the password any less secure. (It's actually only one other password.) They also allow you to change the first letter to caps,

Try making your passwords longer instead of making them harder to enter. That is to say "usingthisasapassword" is ~4 million times better than using "p4ssWOrd!".

That doesn't seem to make sense, why would Cyanogenmod carry across that blockage. :\ I can't access that link with the same issue on Cyanogenmod 9 SGS2.

I just get "Network error. Please try again" when I try to use it. They blocked just about everyone from using it except SGS3 users a while ago.
