Though the iPhone uses a YouTube app, which isn't the web. The allure of the Chromebook is that it can play the whole web, and YouTube is a big part of that. YouTube does have html5 video, but it is still in beta and isn't available for all

The fact that Google owns the most popular flash site on the internet (YouTube), probably helped with their decision to include Flash.

I tested out the class based views in Django 1.3, but decided that I didn't like the complexity that all the MixIns added. I was constantly having to remember which things each MixIn added to my class. I found it simpler to just do function

How did django-annoying ( https://bitbucket.org/offline/django-annoying ) not make the list? I find the stuff in django-annoying to be crucial on any Django project I do (the render_to() and @ajax_request decorators especially).

But Facebook doesn't expose this anyway. Google has at least shown signs that it has or will use this data (I'm thinking of the 'Did you mean Dave' or 'Did you forget Dave' feature in Gmail). Thats where the really cool stuff can happen. E
