Absolutely a convenience thing. If we're going to cost efficiency, making new Google accounts whenever you run out of free storage wins.

It seems like that number counts "paying a mortgage" as ownership. It would be interesting to see the figure for "fully paid off homeownership percentage". I'm betting a huge portion of that those homes are actually

Haven't used Rust, but I don't think your argument makes any sense. Isn't the point the combination of features is unique? It seems like if I invented a functional sledge hammer that only weighed 1oz, you'd say: > It

I have to question your position from a moral standpoint though. If you were a rollercoaster engineer, and you saw that a rollercoaster had an unsafe design, would you follow a similar approach? "I'm not going to ride that, but I&

I've used android phones for a decade now and never once been affected by malware. If the issue is kids installing shady apps, you should probably use a parental lock for that.

Sounds to me like Lessig said "We shouldn't have done A, you shouldn't do A. But if you do do A, do B.", and the NYT turned around with the headline "Lessig advocates for A and B".

If you want to resolve merges using the workflow of git, you can generate scratch files and diff them, right?

The files holding the ASTs are append-only. So you get: PR #1: appended stuff PR #2: appended stuff So there is no merge conflict in the git sense.
