Obviously; the whole point of discussing on HN is to get exposed to variety of opinions and attitudes regardless of whether I mesh with them well or not; expressing IMO founded concerns about new tech is one of the reasons for commenting.

In other words, EVs are used in a bait-and-switch scheme. First promising lower operating costs and negative externalities, then moving to new taxes possibly progressively increasing over time past the ICE taxation, and mandatory built-in s

In my case 95°C was without any steam; it caused me burning skin sensation and I almost collapsed after just 5 minutes, whereas pre-covid I could do 3-4 rounds of steam with towels pushing steam at me at the topmost place and last up to 20

Soon UK will start taxing EVs by distance driven which might offset many EV advantages and make their disadvantages more pronounced.

It seems like every tech company is moving towards the sweatshop model pioneered by CrossOver/Trilogy, treating engineers as human CPUs at best, monitored 24/7.

95 is normal where I live for Finnish saunas. Then there are other types of saunas that start lower, but Finnish are always around 95.

The usual 95"C, nothing extraordinary. Sweating after covid got impaired, I might have some thermoregulation issue.

Can anyone suggest why after covid I can't do Finnish sauna anymore? Prior to that I used to do 1-2x a week a sequence of 5x(10 minutes in sauna + 5 minutes cold water immersion + 10 minutes rest) which was absolutely great for both st

You should. 3.5 MoE was worse than 3.5 dense, so expecting 3.6 MoE to be superior than 3.5 dense is questionable, one could argue that 3.6 dense (not yet released) to be superior than 3.5 dense.
