I never wear round face watches, they tend to look worse on me than rectangular ones. Either way I don't think the shape of the pebble face will have a huge bearing on its success.

To me they chose the wrong word, they are still preprocessing because current css engines don't accept future css. Therefore it must be preprocessed by Myth before its usable in the browser.

Shell scripts have limited use, its hard to reuse libraries, and they don't port worth a damn. I'd think Python or Javascript would be better because not only can it do day to day moving files around but they can also easily mass

Yeah but by and whole the talk was more about cons of Scala than pros. If your going to describe a language in terms of another you should list what both are good and bad for. It was a very biased talk that makes it sound like Clojure fix

Scala and Clojure are built for two different purposes, both were made with different goals and problems in mind. This type of comparison is the same as comparing two different shop tools. On one hand you have a scrollsaw and on the other

There's no code to hint at how garbage collection should be done, since its automatic. You have to essentially include a library that would emulate the source language gc that it came from so its not a direct translation from one lang

You make it sound of easy. How hard is it to go from a GC language to a non-GC language? What methods do you use to fill in GC?

Types are generally a hindrance for a small scale app. They pay off when your working on an app that has 30-40 developers and millions of lines of code. Use the right tool for the job, and there are jobs where Types are the right tool.

In all the tesla fires it looks like the front hood compartment burns most. Looking at this picture you'd have time to get out of the car, and unbuckle kids from a car seat in the rear. I'd say it speaks to the safety of electric
