For a fun weekend project, I built Boardle - a daily wordle-like game where you guess popular boardgames using stats from Board Game Geek. The games are from BGG's top 150 games as voted by the community, so fair warning if you aren&#x

Train vs car is a different comparison, being able to accomplish things on the train (reading a book, doing work on your laptop with wi-fi) vs being in a car for 4 hours is a completely different value proposition. Only 1 hour more and a bi

Agreed, but I think that dismisses the ease of use of this product compared to other offerings. Being able to type in a single sentence and have a full webpage of exactly what you asked for in less time than takes to stand up and stretch is

Wow. I typed in: Create a page that has a snake game clone that you can control with the keyboard. Within <20 seconds, i was playing it. That was crazy. I then asked it to add better graphics, retro-style. And add a counter displaying th

The main thing I find with articles that are anti-React is that they are saying React is bad when all you need is a pretty simple site with some dynamic elements. That's 100% true, it never hasn't been true, and any react evangeli

If someone told you 10 years ago that they were going to create something where you could play a whole new level of Doom, without them writing a single line of game logic/rendering code, would you say that that is simpler than creating

I think this is more like a developer was bored one afternoon and implemented this for fun, and then everyone else thought it was fun enough to put into the main codebase.

One of the metrics I'm sure they want to avoid is a user clicking away. If they inserted ads only when a speaker has finished a thought, it would probably result in more click aways than ads where a user wants to hear how a sentence&#x

The absolute natural beauty and diversity of geography that the USA has is one of the things that make me love it. The "newness" of USA compared to Europe is also something that I really like about it.

Certainly there's a difference. You are right that the jump is big between 1 and 2, but it is negligent to say that Apple, a company which strives for improved privacy and security, and ChatGPT have the same privacy practices.

I think this scene does add something, which is showing how scary this environment is to droids as R2 and C3pO are walking in. It shows it quickly, efficiently, without having to use dialogue on it. It takes ~15 seconds, and also has the fu
