Normally I attach the ID to any newly created item via a templating engine so that when you use `hx-delete` to send a DELETE request, you'll be able to easily refer to what item you want to delete.

I feel like this is definitely more of a question for designers rather than programmers, but I think you may have some issues in Chinese or other similar languages if they use Chinese characters over Arabic numerals in terms of readability.

I'd argue it's reasonable behaviour depending on how dodgy the link is, but it doesn't prevent them getting malware in general, especially if they're not careful with regards to what kind of things they are downloading.
