At the end of the day people want to move to something that works with Apollo or RiF, and that's something Lemmy lacks. Best second alternative I come across is Tildes, is invite only and is like how Reddit was few years ago, without t

There has been alternatives sites even some working with ActivityPub as Lemmy or some in development in Nostr, there is a sub r/redditalternatives which was created since the Ellen Pao fiasco.

I seriously believe their censoring and bad mods is going to make the decline faster, just try to comment on subs as wallstreetsilver and you can get autobanned of some subs as justiceserved.

r/redditalternatives Some people fine Lemmy a good decentralized alternative, there is also tildes.net but they are more left inclined. There was a nostr alternative called nvote but the development is stopped, kind of dissapointed.

    by stiltzkin 3y ago

For me it started going downhill with the high quantity of shows molded for ESG, now I download well-reviewed shows to my Plex even if I missed binge watching easily with Netflix.

Elaborate cryptocoin scam (I guess you are anti-crypto), buying with Fragment is anonymous and easier than Google Voice. I agree on being banned on U.S.A, blame that to bad crypto regulations.
