It's still hard to match the convenience of moving files to and from a server with RZ/SZ. If your terminal emulator supports it, it will see the trigger sequence emitted and start the modem protocol over your ssh connection and sa

Is the penalty more than they profited from the bad thing? (No according to the back of the envelope calculation I just did) Why are they paying the money to the government, rather than refunding those who were harmed by the bad thing. This

Yes, exactly. Unless everyone has some skin in the game, the research will be biased towards curing those with money, perhaps using the rest as guinea pigs.

I would never discourage them, audacious goals are how real change is achieved. But in the history of the world, every time you conquer one disease, a worse and scarier one seems to fill the void. And if you wanted to get pedantic, it coul

Been using Epsilon daily since 1989. I've been disillusioned lately that it's not been updated for quite some time. The developer is still quite responsive though, and even though I use it less than I used to, I still use it ever

Is it not possible to just mechanically test the sound of each instrument in a sound proof chamber to identify the unique characteristics of each? There is no better, there is only what's so. Measure that and if YOU like one better, m

The problem as I see it is you have a year to create a something that will generate $10K in revenue annually or you will go quickly into the red and have to shut it down. I'm not sure what you can learn with $10,000 worth of servers th

Have you looked into what the MLB, NFL, NBA, etc would do to block you? While they have no legal protection of facts, you can't copy their facts from them and hope they won't come after you.

I think tis is a step in the right direction, but I can't help but think that raising the floor still leaves people there on the floor. Won't inflation, as well as increased demand for the things people need just raise prices of

I used to play Doom, and Quake and would have to lie down and curse the developers. It was almost identical to having been on a sailboat in rough seas below deck. It's terrible. I wonder if the same seasickness remedies used on wate
