The actual legal remedy is impeachment + conviction by the senate. That hasn't happened yet and seems unlikely unless he actually loses the support of his own party.

If the car is on (high voltage battery pack energized) then there is 12V supplied from the high voltage pack through a DC to DC converter. The 12V battery dying is only an issue if the car is parked and the high voltage battery is disconnec

People get the cause and effect of fancy EVs backwards. To build an EV you have to spend $10-$20k on the battery pack that goes into it. They're getting cheaper, but that is a gradual process. So your Toyota Camry / Honda Accord E

It can be best in the market and still not what was promised. Tesla has gained part of their stock valuation and customer base over the years by promising Level 5 FSD. As in, you can sleep while the car drives you to work, or the car can go

Back then you'd get two legs of the Correct - Fast - Cheap triangle. It just required shoveling boatloads of money at the defense contractors. Now you can give Boeing twice as much money as SpaceX and they still fail to deliver a worki

Except Tesla has been selling up-front purchases of future FSD functionality on their cars since 2016. They have paying customers that aren't getting what they were promised.

But FSD was promised to be Level 5, eventually, just as soon as Tesla can get regulatory approval. This has been the case since they started charging for the package back in 2016.

But if someone has and enjoys beachfront property, that might actually be a motivation for wanting to protect it, and thus be an activist. That relationship is not so clearly hypocritical.

From personal experience over ~6 years of EV roadtrips, the first two really aren't much of a problem with a Tesla or a vehicle that can access Tesla's network. Other chargers can definitely be a bit more hit-and-miss although the

Why would I pay $35k for a used EV when I can buy a new one for $42k with a $7500 tax credit taken off at purchase? This article doesn't seem to mention those credits, but they are likely a large factor in the difference between the no

You can't build iPhone or iPad apps on iPhones or iPads yet, so a decent chunk of that revenue currently relies on the Mac as well. Even without that, calling a $30B business an "insignificant historical afterthought" is a bi
