That will be the case eventually, and not everyone can write code and make their own e2ee, so I think there has to be some sort of open source solution that allows people to implement some sort of encryption without any coding.

They definitly spent more than more than $150 domain and $35 for hosting. There is an integration there, an app, research, experience. They make things look much simpler than they are.

I lean more toward open source, especially if it has a big community. If I have to do something for work and there are no popular open source tools, I'll go for something that managed by a reliable company.
