Isn't it contradictory to maintain that a non-US citizen outside the country does not have rights under the US Constitution, but can be subject to US law?

Decent used equipment from the 1970s might well have more useful life ahead of it than a brand-new Sonos setup purchased today.

Repair people are second only to exterminators in their ability to speak the truth, then get something done, in the space of a few minutes.

On a bit of a tangent, are CV/resume gaps still frowned upon in 2020? It's kind of ludicrous that one unbroken stretch of continuous work seems to be some kind of ideal.

Thanks for providing that. I believe the route to the accidental purchase the twitter thread refers to is through the "Pay with credit card" button though, which for some reason isn't present in your configuration. https:&#x

It's kind of admirable that Mozilla would promote an idea that can so obviously be used to judge them poorly with respect to recent news. That last bit of news about them isn't necessarily the only thing they should be judged on

I don't have the app (or car) so I can't verify for myself, but now it's hard to reconcile your statement with the twitter thread analysis I referenced above. EDIT: Maybe it's a discrepancy about what a "confirmati

It's also hard to reconcile this valuation with the practice of making it easy to fat-finger a $4,000 non-refundable purchase in their mobile application. Do they need to go back and hit up their existing customers for more money?

Did Greenwald ever say he doubts Russian involvement? I know he on the side of "Trump didn't conspire" and feels that the rest of the media is mishandling the matter, but I don't think he's ever disputed the actual

So is it the Russians or the media reaction that made the difference? If I recall correctly one of Greenwald's main theses is that click-thirsty coverage of exciting-sounding stories overwhelmed more substantial topics in the 2016 ele

Maybe the oversupply could be addressed by encouraging students to wait until their 50s to pursue PhDs and research work, i.e. shrinking the supply by reducing the number of years between getting a degree and retirement. With more students

You're underestimating luck. A better analogy would be a process that selects for the top 2% of athletes through competition, then enters them into a lottery.

I think bloggers deserve some leeway in how they write; it's an informal medium and maybe the author's usual audience is arriving with a lot of shared assumptions. Still, I wish IPFS had been defined within the post. I had to loo
