How does that work? It loads kernel from drive to ram? Isn't windows fast boot something like that (only slower, depending on ssd)? It semi-hibernates, stores kernel part of memory on disk for faster startup.

They will never drop ray tracing, some new games require ray tracing. The only case where I think it's not needed is some kind of specialized office prebuilt desktops or mini PCs.

You can block them on dns level. That's what I did when I wanted to stop wasting time playing 2048. (Not sure how to configure DNS on phone, I was using PC to play at the time)

I can recommend pocket tube extension. You can create subscription groups and assign different channels to different groups. It doesn't require user to be signed in to work.
