I like what idoh said. Talking to your neighbors (by that, I mean where you live, not where you work) may give you some suggestions of what's important for non-programmers (which makes up the majority of the population).

You may want to take a look at the Travel Hacking report at http://hackthesystem.com/blog/ . You can get free desk space and wifi using the hacks for free for 6 months (I believe), and then $95/year after that, anywhere around the world.

First take some time off to perform a time audit. Really take a look at what you're spending time on, and reducing the amount of time consumption that keeps you from freelancing before you do so. Not sleeping is not a sustainable nor a scal

A lot of the times, owners of bad websites don't even know or want to admit about this. Since that is happening, it would be tough for you to find bad websites unless you are proactive about finding the ones that don't convert traffic into

I wouldn't advise you to return to your old company. But with the new startup opportunity, you would need to do more homework to see if it fits you personally. Appropriate measures to avoid risks of appearing like a job hopper.

While it's a novel thing to try, I don't know how low stress those jobs can be when you have financial pressures to pay the bills. I think it's a matter of what stress you will face in today's society.

Sounds like it's time for you to move on. You need to take care of yourself before everything else. If your cofounder has any common sense at all, s/he would've told you to take as much time off as you need to fix yourself up.
