I did the same approach. We used someone a family member used and recommended. We would send her houses we liked, and she would setup the appointments. She would offer her advice when asked, and did a great job handling the various offers w

I had an interview like that last year. It was the third interview that looped in the team lead. The team lead was answering slack messages the whole time and asked me to repeat my answer to questions a handful of times. He apologized and e

I am not sure if I would say Minecraft is the impetus, but a large (if not a majority) of games that come out these days are follow an "early access" style development that Minecraft did. Even large AAA games, while not "earl

I was surprised when my Dad, someone completely detached from the tech world, brought up Google's tendency to cancel stuff. He was a Google Music subscriber and still uses Chromecast Audio. Last year he tried buying another Audio devic

Have you looked into doing drops for pets? Both of my dogs get bad seasonal allergies. Their paws get so itchy they will lick the fur off unless we get them help. The allergies start up in July and persist until the first frost of the seaso

I would just leave it at empathy personally. I've had technically minded managers, but my best manager actually empathized with the issues I was having and advocated for me when I needed it. She basically helped me handle non-technical
