This is great! I'm looking for a way to run serverless (Amazon Lambda style) GPU operations (preferably using OpenCL). Are there any plans for such a service in your platform?

Care to explain what you mean by that? As far as I can tell, vendors ship crapware as software installed on Windows, and you can always remove it by reinstalling Windows or often just uninstalling the bundled software. Do they ever go beyon

Sorry for the late response! I've just checked and I could not find it for most models. I could find it for the OptiPlex 7450 All-in-One, but not for the Precision line. At [1], you can find a screenshot of the setting that reflects th

You can also order Dell machines with ME disabled. Additionally, most current Dell systems can disable Intel ME in the BIOS settings as well. This is a trap door setting - once disabled, there is no way to turn it back on. From what I'

Openness of their component parts was a key goal. Reusing a legacy keyboard and using a super-closed platform like an iPad to get a display going seems really counterproductive in that regard. Additionally, how would you link the iPad displ

Granted, but bash and other readline applications generally have a very different mode of operation compared to a text editor. They operate on single lines of input at a time (most of the time). Editors like emacs operate on a multi-line bo

While emacs is a terrific editor (or platform for editors), it is not easy to use. It has a unique set of keyboard shortcuts, which means that for most newcomers, their familiar hotkeys or key combos will do things that they don't expe
