I believe when Charlie Brooker first got on board with Netflix to produce the third season of Black Mirror, he made a suggestion to introduce some kind of interactive element to the show but Netflix decided it wasn't technically possib

Okay then: > Herein lies the real power of the Gerasimov-style shadow war: It’s hard to muster resistance to an enemy you can’t see, or aren’t even sure is there. But it’s not an all-powerful approach; the shadowy puppeteering at the hea

The video showing the guy typing and the sound of the haptic feedback gives you a good idea of what it feels like. Watching it I can see how it might work well. I am sure it would take some getting used to. I can also see how some people&#x

Yes of course, but the reason I mentioned the hardware cost is because that scales linearly with demand and software cost does not. The market for these kind of security devices is tiny right now but has the potential to be huge in the futu

If a bluetooth locator tag is only about £3.34 [1], then a tag with an encryption chip should not be 10x the cost. Google has an incentive for their keys to become widespread and well adopted because people will associate their brand with &

$50 seems very expensive. The actual hardware probably does not cost more than $10 and I can't see adoption of FIDO keys becoming widespread unless companies are willing to sell keys at or below cost.

What is classless JavaScript? I don't understand how you had trouble doing things without typesafety but found that going from JavaScript to Elm is a step backwards? Maybe I'm missing something here?

Yes I don't understand why so much focus has been put on the failure of the technology rather than the failure of the back up driver. We all know that self-driving technology does not exist yet, that is why the back up driver is there.
