It's not all or nothing. These resources were most likely disparate and funneled from various sources until they reached Egypt. You think a grocery store needs to grow it's own wheat? The complexity is what you're not seeing.

It doesn't scale in terms of efficiency, though. There are much more suitable climate specific building types for e.g. Arizona and New Hampshire, of which most don't need any/much lumber.

How does one get this level of SQL proficiency? I am not sure how to go beyond my current level of understanding, and these queries don't make much sense to me. I don't often do more than some selects and maybe an inner join occas

Do you have experience with React? React is really simple, and I think Vue looks simple on the surface but quickly turns into Angular level of mess.

A very interesting and difficult part of these kinds of questions is that what we look for has to be very carefully considered. If we look for just what we know now, we might not find the evidence, even if it's there. One of my favorit

Wow, just wow! I've read a lot of disbelief about how such a language would be impossible or at least practically too difficult to implement. I've been really keen to find exactly this!

I really think technology like this is energy misapplied or wasted. It's overly zoomed in on individual plant's performance, where actually addressing human created problems in ecosystems and the environment on a whole seems much

To me this looks like investors are wanting Instacart to bulk up in preparation for competition [1] from Amazon [1] Amazon has already had their Prime Now service, but I mean their incorporation of Whole Foods into it.
