Honestly, Helm kinda sucks (for all the reasons you mentioned). But Kustomize is very nice. Although, their docs could be a bit better.

It's not as grim as the author makes it sound... I regularly read bevy code. Sure there's some custom reflection and type erasure, but that's mostly to support the highly ergonomic APIs and for optimising ECS layout and acces

Another example is where you use a service that provides you with a stable id. It makes little sense to add a surrogate id and a fk on that surrogate id. It violates data quality and integrity just for a hypothetical situation. Data integri

Can you share more about this? Wouldn't you run into the same problems if you used a surrogate pk? Without the nat/external pk and fk, you run the risk of having validity issues. Conversely, if the ID changes, isn't the frict

Hi! Could you provide some more information please (either in hints/keywords to help search, or links if you have them handy)? I've recently started dabbling a bit rendering, shaders and game dev. So I'd love to know more!

Isn't the idea behind the 4 day week that you'd work a bit harder/longer on the days you're in? If I remember correctly, a few pilots in the past highlighted there wasn't a drop in output, but it remained the same o

That not quite correct. Sure, you will have some unsafe primitives that interact with hardware. But nothing stops you from creating abstractions on top of those. Also, `unsafe` doesn't disable all language features or the type system,

Some of these are (hopefully) common knowlwdge to react devs by now. Although, even though I disagree with some things on that list. They're most certainly not considered good practices, but they're also not the end of the world,
