How does one even copy their entire codebase? Are you saying you attach all the files? Or you use some script to copy all the text to your clipboard? Or something else?

I just said something similar in another comment on this thread. I'm not interested in the mental aspect of getting charged per query. I feel like when I use pay-per-token tools, it's always in the back of my mind. Even if it

Does OpenAI provide a $200/month option that lets me use as much GPT-5 I want inside of Codex? Because if not, I'd still go with Opus + Claude Code. I'd rather be able to tell my employer, "this will cost you $200/

Helix is a non-starter until it has plugins. Which is taking YEARS longer than it should to get implemented. The fuck-off-if-you-don't-agree-with-me dictator of the project doesn't help either.

Why do you have that in quotes? The article doesn't really even hint at that sentiment. It just says "xAI should avoid needless mistakes".

To each their own.. but I think throwing a party to make friends is a totally reasonable plan and expectation. And if it isn't working out, then the ROI isn't there. I go to "couples game nights" with my wife and her fri

The point: If you survey Gen-Zers on Reddit to find out how many Gen-Zers are on Reddit, you'll conclude that 100% of Gen-Zers are on Reddit.

You're ignoring the fact that Cursor does all sorts of context management (actually, reduction) and prompt engineering to try and get good results for cheaper. The fact that you're saying the only 3 explanations are 1. Musk didn&

In my experience, Elixir is very much on that end of the spectrum as well. I'm wondering if GGP just considers packages that don't have updates for 6 months as "unmaintained" or "dead" because they come from J

Whether or not we want to admit it, people definitely make tech choices based off how cool the people in the ads look. To deny that would be to deny the effectiveness of marketing.

You may be right that the tradeoff is worth it, but it should be advertised as such. You shouldn't think you're paying for full o3, even if they're heavily discounting it.

If experts were saying the astroid will hit earth in the next 5 years, would it still be science fiction? You acting like those two scenarios are the same is disingenuous. Fuck that.

But there very well might be a time very soon where human's no longer offer economic value to the software engineering process. If you could (and currently you can't) pay an AI $10k/year to do what a human could do in a year,

Even if that is true now, it seems like the days of that continuing to be true are numbered. Toyota is going to have to accept the inevitable eventually. And, as someone who likes Toyota, I hope they don't wait until it's too la

The article states that historically Nicomachus of Gerasa didn't consider 2 a prime, in like 100 AD. Nowadays 2 is considered prime. Seems silly to question why someone is claiming 2 is prime if that is how it is defined in modern day

That comparison is really cool. I was mostly paying attention to the 4K77 vs 2011 bluray, and in most cases I thought 4K77 looked better. Not sure why they felt the need to mess with the colors so drastically in the 2011 version.
