Nice. I used to use Balsamiq, but this looks like nice (flash-free!) alternative. Grats on shipping, it's the hardest part. Can to share some details? What framework did you use? What's the backend look like, etc..

#1 has a bunch of links for JS but none for the CSS part of its title. What are some good CSS resources for a developer who typically isn't suited for design.

Please don't. This needs to be a slick native experience. It's too bad I'm still cutting my teeth on iOS as this looks like a fun first project!

I was playing this game all afternoon. Ten I came home and turned my phone off silent. Wow. The attention to detail in the sound effects want me to go back to my review and give it another star.

Am I the only one who thinks it would be cool? They already have 'Find my Friends'; this would be like 'Find my Friends' + photos.

It's an early preview for a reason. That's why auth wasn't in til now. Not because it wasn't planned, but because the product isn't done yet. Wait for 1.0 before you start greenfielding.

Module support is (maybe?) coming in ECMAScript 6.

You can think of a literal object as having a default class of 'Object', the built in native object.

How can you say it's "looking more and more like it's never going to be able to be used by the majority of the world... (ie any developers living outside of the USA)." when they just finished their first expansion. Now that they've got a sy

I think JavaScript is a tool, right for some jobs. If you want to secure your game code, write a native binary for the platform of your choosing. You'll get better performance too. If you want to write a website that is accessible on all

I'm kind of sad to see this isn't a native app. Kinda happy as that was something I was cutting my iOS teeth on.

Their main complaint was there is no new releases section, but there's still a new & noteworthy section.. and each category has its own 'new' section. Isn't that the same thing?

Did you look into any other frameworks besides Cocos? I just taught myself Objective-C this year and love it so far. I'd like to get into making games next and it seems Cocos is the the most popular/recommended so far.

Any recommendations for tools in web development? I use JS Lint, but what about server side languages?

If it's any consolation, the Elevation dock guys planned for the new connector and you will be able to swap a new one in.

". I can even download all the apps from some website my boyfriend showed me! " Is exactly why Apple isn't going to allow jail breaking. Full of malware and other nefarious things, why would Apple expose their users and themselves to that?

As someone with a Science degree, but working as a software developer full time I've always wondered if I'm missing something by not having a CS degree. Certainly not enough to go back and get an actual degree, but would something like thi

I too tried to love Things, but just couldn't get into it. The to-list needs to be simple enough to use without thinking, yet powerful enough to offer a specific set of features. With the release of Mountain Lion I am getting along fine wi

As someone who likes to build things but without any design chops, it would be great to have a place like this to find designers. How much should you expect to pay?
