Somewhat difficult to notice in a skim the article (but important) is that one of the figures criticized is Jeff Bezos, who owns the newspaper in question.

I don't think it's right that statistical significance is independent of population. 1 sample out of a population size 1 is plainly more significant than 1 in 100.

Just a thought - Circular keycaps exist, and by definiton have more space between them. They presumably have the same _minimum_ gap at the left and right, though, so might not work. https://keycapsnation.com/products/ro

This looks really interesting and functional - your intro video has me thinking of all sorts of use cases. Itwould be good to know what powers it - I couldn't work that out from the page at https://www.rtrvr.ai/docs . I

This would be excellent! I expect it also costs more to insure a hydrogen-powered zeppellin compared to more modern and stable technologies.

Please make sure you protect your design in the UK and EU by registering it. It doesn't cost a huge amount, and the design is striking and different enough that it would be a shame if it was copied. (Unless you're comfortable with

You are absolutely right that I didn't consider that. Thank you! The reason is because I have just been typing into a table in a WYSIWYG editor which undoes the problem for me, returning to the beginning of each cell.So I tricked mysel

This is very close to the subject of the article. In the following quotation, "consortia" means (I think) globs of algae: > After comparing the experimental pyrolysis breakdown products, which were able to be converted to bioma

I don't understand why this isn't configurable. Why can't the basic data structures (of one email after another in serial) be displayed in either order depending on mail client settings? Admittedly I haven't looked into

I just want to interject that "50K KM" was fun to parse out. I like the way two conventions collided here. 50Mm would have been correct, but confusing.50MM more so.

I'm certain Satoshi was thinking of Hashcash! But I did mean what I said, though it wasn't until Martti Malmi released his emails with Satoshi that I knew this, and so might not be well known: https://mmalmi.github.io&#

Under "Required Qualifications" on the recruitment page it reads: > "Valid state driver's license is required." hmm. This led me down a Reddit rabbit hole with no perfect answer to the obvious question.
