The value of imports and exports seems like the wrong thinking. What does matter is the utility for each country. Considering Chinas much lower PPP/capita all tariffs hurt them more.

Seems like a more game theory correct response for China is to not copy Trump dollar for dollar, but maybe 50% of that, dollar for 50 cents. Game theory has much more merit for a country like China given the (lack of) election cycle.

And this should highlight the absurdity of interest rates even being "set" in the first place.

A good reminder to invest in world stock indexes not just US ones. Personally instead of investing purely on weighed average, I tilt quite a bit towards international indexes. I'm American.

This is one reason I invest more in emerging markets. I also weight my investments more international.

This is a great reason to use a ROTH 401k over a Traditional and max your ROTH IRA every year. Why? It's nearly impossible that taxes won't start skyrocketing soon.

The weather is the one thing I don't like. Its never hot here. Its rarely even very warm. Winter is cool as expected, but 2/3 of summer is windy and foggy. Everything else is probably exactly what you think it is.

I believe this was changed because of abuse. Alt right people were giving Amy Schumer's standup 1 star. I remember watching it thinking it was good, not amazing, but certainly not 1 start standup compared to most of the filth out there
