Right unless you routinely go on 500+ mile trips with a longer range Tesla or 400+ mile trips with the shorter range models there is no need for a gas car. I road trip a decent amount but I've released 4-5 hour drives aren't reall

Do people know situations where its possible to not have PMI with a bit less than 20% down? Ideally they wouldn't increase your rate then. I know SoFi has no PMI with 10% down but I believe rates are slightly higher.
