You're complaining about ORMs, not MVC. If you have a use-case for a limited restaurant model just create another class for that use-case, probably with some code sharing. Specialize and all that. Break the abstraction when needed by a

Although there are arguments against MVC I don't see how your example is against MVC.

Of course that's he best part of the IDE, i was only commenting the autocompleting part.

I don't want to argue on your other points but imo the part of auto-complete that saves typing time is the least important thing in a IDE. The really useful part of auto-completion is actually exploring unfamiliar APIs.

After having worked as a developer through my university years I partly regret it now because there was not much reason to start working at 18 and I missed all the university experience and lifestyle. Lately my struggle to always do better

as another commenter noted there are currently physical limitations that would not allow e.g. drones to kill 10000 people in an instant. I don't think for example nukes will ever be under the control of AI algorithms ever...

I can confirm that Palantir is considered a top choice (among google, facebook, etc.) or even better among the best students in romanian top engineering universities. They say that their interviews are even harder than e.g. google's.

Which modern frameworks never do. The parsed data is usually cached in a php file. Then the (compiled to bytecode) files are cached in opcache. The interpreter doesn't even hit the filesystem on every request.

I live in the third world country and I know what you mean. But I strongly disagree with forcing companies to design for repairability. Companies should be free to design their product like they want. Environmental issues should be analyzed
