I think the strongest claim they could be making is that DDG (1) collects and stores search results, and because the results are tied to your IP someone could in theory associate different search results records, to identify you. E.g. they

I haven't done any maths but I bet the order's of magnitude in terms of energy flows are wildly different for human usage vs solar + geothermal flows.

It's a requirement under UK law. They have retail operations (as stated in the disclosure) and a large number of suppliers in a wide variety of countries. I agree that they are fairly low risk on average but some of those vendors will

Agreed, the main app prioritises showing you gimmicky tree houses over places which are much more interesting (perhaps with a more convenient location, or remote work friendly for 2 people). They are probably trying to push back against the

Mini splits are widely used and have become dramatically more economical and popular over the last decade or so. They are much quieter and more efficient than window units. Some areas ( cough nyc cough ) may need some regulatory breakthro

It lacks the strong standard lib support that c# has sadly, and the open source alternatives are a really mixed bag in terms of quality or complexity of usage.

Yes, and you can group the messages such that messages within a group are (almost?) always consumed in order. I think the distinction though is that with SNS each message is consumed by each consumer, whereas SQS each message is consumed by
