Why is the 3B model worse than the 450M model on MMLU and TruthfulQA?

Technically you could, but it would take much longer to do all that swapping.

It's a statistical model of language. If it wasn't trained on text that says "I don't know that", then it's not going to produce that text. You need to use tools that can look at the logits produced and see if

Yeah but that's a 70B model. You can see on the Inference Efficiency chart that it takes more than 3x as much compute to run it compared to this one.

Maybe they could do a lower framerate and then use a different AI tool to interpolate something smoother.

The tooling around the model could be a lot better. The LLM is just a statistical model and the tooling takes the most likely token at each step (or samples from some of the most likely). Instead it could say "There are no high-probabi

What’s up with that Llama 3 answer, that gets it right and then backtracks?

It does not develop the exploit from a description of the vulnerability. It extracts public exploit code from the web. https://struct.github.io/auto_agents_1_day.html

They already got the content blocked in Australia. The overstepping is demanding that it be blocked in other countries too.

So Australia seems to be overstepping here, but it would be great if Twitter just normally put a warning on graphically violent videos.

SD 1.5 is a base model that is used for fine-tuning. QLora is a technique for fine-tuning with less hardware and time. People distribute the resulting QLora files, which you can load alongside the base model. A1111 and ComfyUI are tools for

Yeah, "running a grocery store". The part I said they were bad at. Why would all/any of that stuff be more expensive for Loblaws than other stores?

What kind of client doesn't allow setting the fee manually? According to https://bitcoinfees.net/ you can probably get a 90% discount if you're willing to wait 24 hours for a transaction to go through.

They're not supported lol. I'm not an expert but since you didn't get any good answers: I believe they are using QLora fine-tunes of SD 1.5 and ControlNet. You can stack multiple QLoras together, like one for art style and on

The amount of the fee is kind of up to the sender. If the fee is not high enough, miners will not include the transaction in the blocks. But there's no upper limit on how high the sender can set the fee. Edit: Since a block has a limit
