Yes, hot-reload features comes out of the box and you don't need install any other tool or service. There is no limitation for debugging. When you changed any source code, it is compiled and then related functions are reloaded on your

LocalStack is super useful tool for developers during local development and e2e testing. We have been using it for one year and it really helped us to debug and find issues without deploying to real AWS environment.
