Thanks for doing this. I sent you an email, if that wasn't too, if I may. Again, thanks.

Will there be an API? It looks neat! It's one of those ambitious projects, that, even if failure is in the future, it's still a worthwhile project.

I'm not declaring this a conspiracy. It could have been as easily as some prosecutor somewhere letting zeal exceed judgement. But... I somehow get the impression that what ever forces perpetrated this don't really care it wasn't legal, so l

I'm seriously considering quitting my job and studying ML for a few months in a desperate attempt to get work in projects like this. I feel like I'm missing out but too dumb for traditional grad school.

For me, I'm wondering if I'm learning the right material. If I self teach, how do I really know if I'm doing this right unless I get feedback? Also, many hiring managers might not recognize self-taught expertise. I might not want to work fo

For me, #5, being shy, is more about the reinforced belief -- after a life time of observation -- that no one wants my opinion regarding any topic.

I've been thinking of doing this on my own, since my workplace won't honor this kind of request. Just take 3 weeks off or so, and go work on something I want to work on. Anyone tried this? Any tips?

All I did was ask -- ASK -- whether if Numenta actually works. So does it work? Better than what we have? Is it really novel? ps: You're failing to make a prime distinction about argument from authority and falacious argument from authority

So some ML/AI researchers I know consider Numenta to be of a somewhat "outsider artist" effort. Their opinions of the research from Numenta is that of lower regard. Now, you don't have to upvote me for this, but you don't have to downvote m

Neat. So I wonder where this puts us on the hockey stick curve of space exploration? Are we at the point of the spinning jenny or more towards the cotton gin in humanity's space timeline? Probably doesn't matter if you are sufficiently far
