I am always looking for great clients for my own freelance work. My problem is finding clients that don't want to gouge me. I stay away from freelance and bid sites because I will never be able to low-ball projects like those from overseas.

The only way this would be an issue is if "mark as inappropriate" was not editor reviewed. You can add in a message that states that an editor will look at the claim before taking action and then you can set the submission appropriate yours

I am doing a startup in ASP.NET 2.0 because its easy money. The developers make hand over fist when compared to similar open PHP positions. As to the technical reasoning, I started web development in PHP for 2 years before working with .NET
