I was referring to possibly not knowing about Ray Tracing which is a technique and a subset of the field of computer graphics and thus possibly not understanding its computational complexity, I don't know why you're upset at me.

It's bizarre for people living in a democracy to consider an elected president's possible use of nuclear weapons "not preventable in any remotely deterministic way" when said president goes on TV and openly calls for nuc

I really hope it reverts back to the old documented approach if the new API breaks things, because I can the see the day that Apple pushes an update to remove this API without any prior notice.

Except that if they don't realize FF is using it and decide to drop it completely in their next update. That'd be a fun day for FF users.

I agree with most of what you said, except that you can't remap CMD+P and a few other keys used by FF itself whereas on Chrome you can. I made a patch to my FF to make this possible.

In what cases did you notice key type response being slower than Chrome? I feel like you have to have pretty incredible spidey senses to detect that.

I think the day that Apple completely bans non-App Store apps is approaching very quickly. It became apparent when Mac OS started checking app signatures with a remote server a couple of OS releases ago and wouldn't let you open them i

It's very concerning that Firefox, a major browser used by millions, relies on undocumented Apple APIs. While it's brilliant to discover this gem in kernel space to use it "in production" is a whole different story. I wo
