I agree. Trello is closest to what I needed. I do not have a strong reason to not use Trello. I come from a background of using excel sheets for this task and needed something in flatter structure. Trello seems more visual than I need it to

Thats exactly what we are hearing. People like it but it seems we are not able to convince them to use it. I agree coordination is an issue but I believe that since these testcases are for user based interaction, it should not be too diffic

Mostly, there are screenshots for each test case steps. Test cases aren't fragile. In some extreme cases we can tests only certain part which are more stable.

I think any conflict later on will be disastrous. So why not decide beforehand. Decision can be altered but atleast there will not be any confusion for the initial period.
