Thinking of The Scream reminded me of the man from the 'Supa Hot Fire' meme. Very similar expressions with different intentions highlight how difficult this problem is.

It might be telling that no competition has really emerged as it's not clear to me what it was that Medium offered to make it obvious/popular at all? Edit: Substack is an idea but seems to be the Patreon of writing.

This is a great idea but it's a pity people will need the 'ShakeAlert' app installed. Why not just push such alert out over the Amber Alert/EAS system? Edit: it's almost wildfire season again and I need to find the

Have you read any articles on this subject? There are many factors affecting someone's medical decisions. It's not as simple as some K-12 education plan. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vaccine_hesitancy

There are a lot of people who live aboard a boat but don't travel too far, or only move a few times a year.

Plenty of people don't know how to show their grid coordinates on their phone, outside of dropping a google maps 'pin', which doesn't work great offline.

The slightly smaller (billion dollar) question is fresh water to live, or, fresh water to wash cars/water gardens/et al? In my state the average resident uses ~120 gallons a day which I believe is far too much.
