AFAIK, MCGA has nothing to do with Mode-X. Mode-X was 320x240, and was achieved by manipulating VGA settings. MCGA supported Mode 13h, but I see no evidence that it could be manipulated to output 320x240 or that it supported planar memory

Russia took Chernobyl by force, then gave it back. They attacked Zaporizhzhia, seemingly only with small arms, and no reactor was damaged. Compare that to the outright destruction of Ukrainian thermal and hydroelectric power plants: http

I find it odd that recent articles are always about the Port of Seattle. From a quick Google search, it looks like the busiest US ports are Los Angeles, Long Beach, Port of New York, Port of Savannah, then Port of Seattle. As of 2018, t

Bitcoin is a backstop, a way to step outside manipulated currency. This seems like a phenomenally ironic claim to me. You're giving up government manipulation in favor of rampant individual manipulation and theft.

As the other commenter explained, CPB will survive, but the shave will kill some local stations that receive their funding. That's a severe impact for some areas, and something they obviously want to avoid.
