Seems like this misuse of the legal system would be a good way for a judge with bias against porn to drastically destabilise the industry. I'm not at all surprised tho considering it's a US court.

WiX is great. I have been using it for over a decade to package an internal application. It's all driven by a simple text file which I liked over Microsoft's packaging offerings.

Do you have a source for amp standards? My limited search suggests much of EU have 10A plugs. Also here in AU our standard is also 10A along with our NZ family.

I'm quite fond of Vuejs. It's easy to get started... my first experience with it was too drop in the CDN link and start with the basic example. It can easily do anything react can do.

I'm kind of surprised about the negative reaction to this. Keep in mind the NZ health system provides universal cover. So unlike the US for example it's tax payers who cover the medical bill if your cancer sticks give you cancer a

Sure, certificates can be time consuming at the moment but that will only get easier. Just like hosting the underlying website. The number of sites that should have had SSL but didn't was laughable and justification enough for browsers

Where you talk about memory management, you say there are two types, manual and gc. But after that you refer to "manual memory management" as just "memory management".

Also there is Circuitpython and MicroPython. Probably less ideal for production. But capable enough for those less familiar with programming.

Not sure what you are trying to achieve but the majority of Excel formulas I see used most should be relatively easy to reimplement. Some like SUMPRODUCT, AGGREGATE and the specialised finance ones might be harder to reimplement. The tricki

I agree. Typography is as much about style as it is legibility. It's a science and an art balancing between the two. Though it's not too my taste, overall it is a reasonably cohesive design, with only the code blocks standing out

I'm curious if there are any good methods for correcting lens distortion. Like can I print a poster, take a photo and use that to create a correction map?

You can certainly pirate Windows, even Pro, insofar as activating it without paying for a license.

Norton, unhappy with how fast computers are beginning, has developed ground breaking technology that will grind your machine to a halt.

A lot of bold claims here. As someone who's worked on a lot of Excel business tools I can tell you there's no way something like this could replace anything in the companies I've worked for.

I am okay with people choosing whatever font they like, it's their content and their artistic freedom to do so. You HAVE to download their font to the same extent you have to download their images and CSS. There's always reading m

I don't understand this reaction. Fusion360 continues to be free (as in beer) for personal. Not only that but startups can apply for a free licence each year.

What makes you think it's the OSHW community? If TI will work with you only if you're high vol then I could see a lot of smaller businesses seeing this tactic working against them too.

Absolutely. Pressurised baskets are great when all you want is acceptable coffee with minimal effort. A lot of popular home "espresso" machines come with one for this reason. Many or most Breville (Sage) machines come with one, ev
