Any local editor that includes any sort of telemetry whatsoever is an instant nonstarter for me. What’s local stays entirely and totally local, always and every time, otherwise what’s the point?

The US/China trade war is intensely relevant to the large scale deployment of renewables in the US.

This is a myth. Larger vehicles are not safer for their occupants; they merely feel that way.

Car insurance. Low flow showerheads. Fuel-inefficient vehicles. Electric dryers. Electric stoves. Appliances that don’t last. Lawn care. Taxes. Social Security. The list is gigantic. Your claim could not be more false.

The reason so many people buy huge trucks in the USA is specifically because heavy machinery (above a threshold) is exempt from such standards.

Which is it? If your first claim is true, why do we need to amend anything? They seem like mutually exclusive claims, to me. Am I missing something?

I’m not sure how the unit counts relate to the idea that vastly more EEs will be required. Sure there is some overhead in scaling manufacturing but I doubt it requires that many more EEs whether your satellite or automotive fleet is 10 uni

There’s a lot more evidence that they are. Do you think the #1 killer isn’t well-studied? This is something everyone cites when I point out that high-cholesterol diets are unhealthy. I get it, cutting out cholesterol foods isn’t fun. But

Routing e2ee notification data via APNS is fine, it’s no different than routing e2ee notification data via HTTPs. Your ISP sees the outer ciphertext in both cases (APNS is also mTLS).

This is misinformation, and is false. For many apps, they choose to do it this way. For most e2ee apps, they do not. The notification displayed on screen does not need to be the notification pushed through APNS.

The Macbook equivalent of the iPhone Air. They’re already using the “air” moniker for a mac that won’t fit into a manila envelope, so they’d need a new name. I’ve just been buying expensive parts on eBay. I have two 16GB motherboards now
