I specifically looked for areas where I knew the end result would actually help people. In this case, I have a lot of mobile experience and interviewed with a medical company that helps diabetics manage their insulins and communicate with

Yeah, I haven't thought everything through yet. However, the hope that this would force more of the new housing to be more affordable. A poor person isn't going to be buying a luxury condo so I was trying to think of a way to ince

This is interesting. I wonder if it would work to make all FHA loans be required to be NEW properties/units. So the only way to get access to the money is to expand the housing. I'm sure there are consequences but I need to thin

I agree it isn't a true "college town" but I think with the gentrification and the art college it feels more like a college town than say Carlisle that also has one main college. I think it also has a lot of the cultural dive

You should definitely come to Lancaster PA!!!! There are lots of houses downtown for less than $400K and even new "luxury" condos going up everywhere. There is a convenient train that can have you in Philly in an hour for <$20.

Serious question: What problems do you feel blockchains solves? Just non-governmental currency? I've found another use case that isn't blockchain for blockchain's sake. Also, I don't follow Eth but are proof-of-stake poo

Agreed, I have that vehicle and it isn't quite so big as the monster pick-ups. I've had a SportTrac since 2001. The key thing is that is only has a 4.5' bed. It isn't jacked up and without a 6'-8' bed, it is qu

Complexity is definitely the problem. I think the main problem with most LC/NC solutions is that they offer TOO MUCH customizability. I think there will be more in roads when it becomes a little more opinionated. People always think

Of course, but there are lots of years where the inflation number was almost zero and even one year where it was negative. My allegation is that the basket is nonsense. For example, public college tuition (one of the major expenses for fami

I agree that trust is a major component, especially from above. But it also requires a "team" mindset. The adhoc calls you are talking about are helpful for the team but they are disruptive to the person. This causes this approach

Or maybe the real answer is spaced repetition because that is how we learn. It would be interesting to try a work week that was say 3 10s on MWF and the other days off. Logistically it would suck but I'm curious about what our producti
