We are not! The "8-12 feet tall" tells part of the difference. Bilberries, or "European blueberries", is pretty much ground cover at 2 feet or so (and supposedly covers about 20% of the entirety of Sweden).

Right, the benefits of podcast over radio are easy to explain. The parent post's point is not that it is hard to market over radio, but rather that it is hard to action on the advertisement, since the listener likely has their hands fu

Are you referring to the "(100*drive-failures)/(drive-hours/24/365)"? There's no multiplication of total # of drives and # of failures in there. It's all just a scaling: you have a number of broken drives

The Falcon 9 does not rely on differential thrust - the center engine (and the others, I believe) can gimbal ("rotate").

One should also take into account that the return to flight is going to be with what is called "Falcon 9 Full Thrust" - essentially, Falcon 9 v1.2 - a lengthened and upgraded rocket. Some of the extra delays have undoubtedly been

Given how quickly software engineering as a discipline moves, it's not unreasonable that most users at any given point in time (for any given library) are in those first few years. Optimizing for the "newbie" case is not a fa

You do realize that speed and revs are linear as long as you're in the same gear? If you're "in the middle of the rev range" at 300 and double your revs, you're going to be going 600 km/h.

I can't make sense of this statement in the article - it seems to be off by two orders of magnitude. A typical smartphone battery (Xiaomi Mi4i) is specified at 3.12Ah @ 4.4V. Multiplying, we get an energy content of about 50 kilojoules
