Kim Jong-un hates it when other unhinged dictators get more attention than he does. Even Anonymous is ignoring him with their DDOS attacks (not that it's too hard to disable a /18 network.)

I did say "can lead to". And Experian is a special case because they can offer "Credit Monitoring" for free. There's quite a difference between a giant company and a small/mid-sized company.

The hackers attributed the reverse attack to NVidia but where's the proof? I doubt NVidia is going to put out a press release (if they committed the alleged act.)

I tend to do the same thing but try to remember the adage that "perfection is the enemy of good". I might also be guilty of trying to write tests that are a small amount of code but cover lots of edge-cases.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 in premium condition that is definitely 4G capable but I received a letter from Verizon stating it would cease to be able to make phone calls or send text messages sometime before the end-of-the-year.

Windows 7 is reasonably bug-free at this point but using Windows 10 can be horrible (running vlc will sometimes freeze the whole system). Using this comparison, recent versions of DOS are probably less buggy than both Windows and Linux. I

It's interesting because losing someone's PII that includes information that can lead to financial fraud can bankrupt a company. Losing someone's DNA data (or sharing it without permission a la 23andme) doesn't have the

Something that this angle shows (and that other footage I've seen hints at) is that the second plane would have missed the tower without a pretty serious turn in the last few seconds. That plane is screaming (we're used to a jet

If you're leading the programming group of a FIRST robotics team then you're more prepared for real-world development than a fourth semester CS student. Do anything you have to do to get an interview and be confident.

If any here are unaware of the origin of this phrase, one of my former bosses worked in the U.K. and said this anytime someone asked for something unreasonable. He was also nice enough to introduce me to Little Britain - here's one to

In addition to there being archive back-ups available, there are tens (hundreds?) of sites that mirror SO questions and answers. The downside of this redundancy is that you get so many duplicates when your search terms lead to an SO result
