Makes sense. Few scrum teams get that large where you need to start thinking about optimizations like that.

Even by the scrum ideal of <1 minute per person, that's longer than most traditional "status meetings." Must've been loads of fun.

This seems like an excellent opportunity for hosting Server Core, particularly as a front-end web server.

I am not sure about this specific model, but a lot of the high end ones are custom molded to fit your ear canal. It's a luxury, obviously, but if you are using them a lot and you can afford it, I think it's worth it. The ones I have double

They are mentioned on Discovery Channel's Powering the Future. I believe it was Saturday's episode. It has interviews and demos. No mention of Google but they do say they feel their problem is control systems for the kites, not the actual e

It's sort of like UPS truck pooling in my case. I live in a high rise that gets daily deliveries regardless of what I order, which is why I don't feel too bad about my incessant stream of Amazon orders.

I totally agree with #1. Deployment is a real weak point. It can be done, even using Capistrano if you're willing to put up with it, but it's nothing like what it could be. With respect to #2, I strongly suggest you reevaluate. Strongly-typ

I say this as someone who has been working with MS technology for over a decade; once you get past the narrow confines of the sexy demo, VS is not all that friendly to the new user. This characteristic has always been one of my main gripes

I actually work for the company who did a lot of the original work for recovery.gov and carried out the transition of the production environment to the cloud. I am not exactly sure why it's still resolving to Saavis as another reply points

I'm pretty sure that this is exactly the case in the US, at least. You do need to buy a box to watch over the air broadcast after the digital transition, although technically it is probably encoded rather than encrypted.

I find this odd. It's been awhile since I have done dedicated front-end work, maybe 5 years or so, but it was never writing this kind of code that was the real time suck, it was always making sure it worked in every browser that was the rea

I think virtualization takes you a long way towards the solution to this issue. With Win7 I've gotten into the habit of routinely working on virtual instances using the boot from .vhd feature. This means that if something goes wrong my host

I'm sure you get the spirit of that statement, but if not, it's not really about the actual idea of some sort of natural progression but rather that because you have to seek out an illegal source for it, you're more likely to come into cont

You don't actually need to use lead. The key phrase there is "effective strength" so if you have a massive supply of energy at your fingertips, it may be feasible to divert some of it towards the creation of an artificial magnetosphere simi
