Maybe at some point in the future, but we definitely aren't at the stage of being able to parse out a specific password from an FMRI reading right now.

Have you actually checked your grocery store? Mine sells both iodized and uniodized table salt, in addition to the kosher salt idea that folks have mentioned. I know the OP said that they worried about anti-caking agents in kosher salt and

You're making a good pitch for learning Akkadian! I wish you were there when I was a freshman in college idling flipping through the foreign language offerings to fill a requirement. Akkadian was towards the front of some alphabetical

Wow, what a shock today. I happened to read some of the comments before the top level post and clicked this link. Andy was a grad student in the small lab (just a handful of people) I joined as a freshman in college. He was helpful, thought

With the key added piece that you're trying to disincentivize carbon emissions in the process. I'm much more worried about the risks of the climate crisis than I am whether a few extra bureaucrats are hired.

This sounds like the sort of "perfectly safe for human drivers who know the roads" that actually results in a fair number of road deaths.

I don't think it's fair to attribute "most" of this to inflation. Car prices have been rising much faster than many other components of CPI, so even in real rather than nominal dollars cars are getting more expensive.

Yes, I understand that. But my point was that in many cities you need neither a hackney license (i.e. a medallion) nor a livery license, whereas in New York you need a livery license. Livery licenses are much cheaper to acquire than a medal

Is it still the case that in NYC Ubers are required to have livery plates? I recall that making the price more expensive and closer to taxis than it is in many major cities where Ubers can drive with regular plates and no livery cab license

Yes, it really matters. It might not matter from the perspective of just making cool looking images, because you can do that in any wavelength. But for science, the wavelengths matter a lot, and you can learn different things at different w
