   For the startup founders out there - Is it getting harder to find talent? Are you having to pay more? Are employees more well informed in matters related to equity?

   This is only for income reported on a W2, i.e. employees. So the "top 1%" is the top 1% of individuals paid by a company, not the actual owners themselves (although I suppose they could be the same). The top 1% include a ton of business own

   We have to stop spending so much time/energy/money on trying to prop up housing prices. The valuations were clearly in a bubble. Now that the prices are more grounded in reality how about letting supply and demand dictate the prices?
