I think Lua is a wodnerful langauge, highly embedable, great feature set/style, quite fast, really lightweight. Pico-8 had it right in everything but the license.

Not to mention JS vs Lua (an unfortunate direction in my view). That said, open source is good. There are a few other open source versions. TIC-80 is another open source option. LIKO-12 as well.

The weird internet is still there. It just isnt on the web. Join a pubnix, use gopher, find a good bbs, get back on IRC. Those are just a few great spaces. The bit of technical knowhow to get to or use them reduces their viability as capit

You keep talking about helping Linux spread, as if you are trying to do some overlooked thing a favor. Linux is BY FAR the most deployed group of software environments/OS' on the planet. I'm not sure who you think you are try
