Hey, I'm the maintainer of Docusaurus For what it's worth, I'd really like to build a Second Brain, Obsidian, Digital Garden, Zettelkasten plugin, at least for myself. We have the infra to make it possible as a plugin, and yo

You mean Openapi? Docusaurus has at least 2 community openapi plugins + 1 Redoc community plugin + it's possible to build something custom with MDX,see Courier doc: https://www.courier.com/blog/how-we-built-our-doc

Not sure to understand what you mean here, can you explain? Docusaurus is a static site generator, a bit similar to Gatsby. It's opinionated toward docs/blog/pages but you can also use it in a more generic way.

Hey! great to know you like Docusaurus I'm the maintainer and we have a #jobs channel on discord where you'll find some offers. There's definitively a need for Docusaurus developers because technical writers are often not eno

Docusaurus is similar: you don't need to code anything, and can start with a config file + a folder of Markdown files. The only difference is that our config file is a .js file instead of .yaml, which I'd say is more powerful sinc

What makes MkDocs easier to use than Docusaurus for a non-dev user exactly? The only thing I can see is that maybe you are more familiar with Python than Node.js? Otherwise using Docusaurus or MkDocs are both equally easy IMHO You can get a

The downsides of a SPA is that using React client-side is more heavy than plan static html files with vanilla JS. It has a cost on the amount of JS to initially download, and executing that JS. We believe React enables a better UX, and this

Sorry to disappoint but Docusaurus does not provide that out of the box, however some devs built that as community plugins, but can't tell how qualitative it is. We believe a documentation can be much better when it's made interac

We build a single page application and use Webpack (nodejs build tool to create SPAs). In 2018 there weren't many alternatives to Webpack so we pick that, but may reconsider in the future. We don't have the bandwidth to create our
