I asked the EXACT same question a little over a month ago ( http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1809874 ) and what I did was I told the guy that I wanted some equity and some cash. Long story short, I never heard back from him which is fun

Clickable: http://www.ditchit.com.au Congratulations on getting something out there - for me that's always the hardest part! One thing I noticed is that if I remove the value to any of the $_GET variables in your urls I get a mysql error.

I just found this blog posting that has a list of tools that you can use to analyze your competitors when you find them: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/monitor-competitor-traffic

That's a great point and I think if you're making a new implementation of a product like I am and you have a general idea of who your customer could potentially be just asking them could be very helpful, though it may be difficult to get a

Thanks for your insight! I'm going to start by looking into DomainTools (never heard of that before, but sounds super helpful). If I had to guess, the person that bought it back in the day bought it for a long period of time because he/sh
