So you're going to INSERT directly from Javascript? Seems like potential security issues but back on point.. Check out dropbox.js blogpost: https://tech.dropbox.com/?p=345 Even better seems to be Firebase which touts itself as "Dropbox f

I have to agree. If I set on making a web app like this, I would spin it to be more of a "bucket list" or list of goals rather than to dos.

Perhaps look into # of github issues closed.. but that means you need to somehow account for "major" bugs versus "feature requests", etc.. and make the tagging is as consistent as possible.

That is bizarre. I've never seen that happen. Probably part of some sort of botnet as you hypothesized. The easiest thing is for you to go ahead and report the profiles as spam. Assuming it continues, perhaps add tracking to the Twitter but

A quick HN search ( http://www.hnsearch.com/search#request/all&q=fax+api ) also surfaced Phaxio, RingCentral, and PamFax. My personal recommendation would be to check out PamFax + Tropo (a competitor to Twilio) which have partnered up.

Google Analytics is probably your best bet. It's designed for web pages but can be used for the analysis of anything. Personally, I store the data myself in a database like mongo db and run analytics on it yourself. Hope this helps

Are the users small because they are short or because they are slim? Or are they just small by all accounts? Anyway, I don't know of any COTS systems for doing telemedicine consultations but there are plenty of open source chatting platform

It's no doubt a VERY political process. They will likely not be interested in working with you unless you have a ton of users or will pay for the time they need to integrate with whatever system you build and even then I'm sure it'd be hard

Agreed. Would love to see this too. IIRC they have a pretty easy to use API but as far as data dumps (according to a quick search and http://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/sample_records_avail.html ) it appears they only provide XML whereas the curre
