Not for nothing but have we all forgotten the sony rootkit? Actually, that would be a perfect front. Start a game company backed by a nation state, put in rootkit anti-cheat, profit.

The point is if a worker plus AI can do the work of two workers without AI, then why not keep both workers and have them both use AI to have the equivalent of four non-assisted workers?

To me it's not about the unreality, it's about the *who* making the prediction and the position that they've found themselves in today to possibly effect that change.

In the US at least, I believe the FTC requires ads to be clear and conspicuous when those ads are designed to otherwise blend into the general editorial style. I could see AI being regulated as influencer marketing, but hopefully with more

You are conflating things with your first sentence. There are federal laws about schools and their agents recording students as it relates to their education. We are talking about filming children in a classroom not a highschool basketball

Up until Mirabelli v. Bonta, children could keep secrets between them and the school and keep the parent out of it even.

After reading your first article I'm not sure I would agree. Skills are certainly transferrable in the sense that a sufficiently narrowly-tailored skill can be applicable for others with no modification. Similar to how we grab librarie
