Agreed. I would guess that mushrooms in particular might be a helpful option for those self-medicators willing to pursue it. It is not a cure-all, and it doesn't work for everyone that tries it, but it has shown to help people sort of

I know when I was interested in a similar question several months ago, the advice I found was that laptop batteries like to stay at a higher charge level. Depleting the charge and allowing the cells to remain empty should damage the battery
