how does this display work? The website shows a large glass lens block in front of the display and claims 45 different angles. Is it somehow sending the light of 1/45 pixels in different directions?

That’s exactly how chrome custom tabs on Android work. Moving the app custom tab to the browser does not even reload the page.

a beard develops over time. FaceID adapts to this kind of gradual change. An immediate change like putting a mask requires that you set up an alternative appearance in the settings in order to be recognized by FaceID.

Does building an IDE based on Theia provide significant benefit over simply releasing a plugin for vscode?

I noticed the job postings you had open were for platform devs working with the Swift/Kotlin rather than Web stuff. Does that mean that you’ve built native apps for each platform?

Based on their use of past tense, I’d assume they aren’t interning there anymore.

An alternative would be Dart/Flutter, though I’ve heard web UI perf is awful atm.

I was looking that up myself and came across a reddit thread [1] with a Wasmer employee seemingly equitably laying out the general differences. This, however, elicited a response from a Mozilla employee claiming it wasn’t telling “the whole

Some definitely can. There’s a Google Sheet out there listing many different chargers and their levels of compliance. I only remember that Apple did pretty well.

"We also worked with a guy who was an expert in ripping assets from games such as fonts, which were then used as the game titles where possible." I wonder if this was Foone[1]. [1]: https://twitter.com/Foone

The reason is obviously portability. People like the ability to take their entire development workstation wherever they please, or perhaps to even sit on a sofa or bed. I’m not sure why you’d need that explained.

The Neoverse N1 cores used in the Gravitron2 are very close architecturally to the Kryo 495 Gold cores in the 8cx. Of course, the 8cx only has 4 of them, while this has 64.

IMO the animate on page load was fine. It was the animations upon scrolling that got annoying after a while. Also, there are a few ways to change url without reloads, though, yeah, that might add some complexity.
