The video isn’t great, but the issue should be fairly clear if you can set the volume high enough (and then hopefully manage to lower it before Hector cuts in). The incorrect tone sounds like a train horn. There’s more than a single pure no

Has anyone had experience with both glommio and monoio? They seem to have broadly similar designs.

Cargo is great compared to other language build systems, but people tend to forgot that there are even better solutions like bazel and buck2.

Prograph looks super cool. Found this article [0] discussing it and it seems it had a very impressive debugging environment. Are there any existing dataflow languages (visual or textual) with similar dev workflows? [0]: https://n

your overall point is valid, but it’s somewhat misleading to compare single core performance alongside total SoC power.

FYI, depth in this context generally refers to the number of pipeline stages. I assume you’re talking about the ROB size?

Not sure why this is interesting at all. This processor is available in laptops. And from this page, it appears to perform very similarly in this desktop (which makes sense if you’ve seen a Mac Mini).

There are so many other factors at play in that test. Total platform power of the different devices and all the different implementation details of the SoCs apart from the core choice. Different nodes at different fabs, for example. Silly t

The GH200 was announced in May. What’s new is a variant with HBM3e memory which increases capacity (96GB -> 144GB) and bandwidth (4TB/s -> 5TB/s). The posted article butchers this. Here’s a much better source: https:/&
